Progress:

Capitol Paving of DC (the contractor) continued the work along Kennedy Street NW between Georgia Ave NW and North Capitol Street NW. The contractor installed 157 square yards of 4 inch PCC sidewalk, 2 square yards of 6 inch PCC sidewalk and 46 square yards brick sidewalk on PCC base. Capitol Paving also continued work at 100 block for the bio-retention area and poured 5 tree boxes and supplied structural soil. Jaxson Point (Capitol Paving’s sub-contractor) performed the electrical work and installed about 220 linear feet 7 Conductor 14 AWG Stranded, about 90 linear feet of 4 Conductor 18 AWG Shielded Stranded, 21 LED module traffic lights, 7 traffic signal heads and supplied and installed 1324 linear feet of stranded wires.

Progress:

Capitol Paving of DC (the contractor) continued the work along Kennedy Street NW between Georgia Ave NW and North Capitol Street NW. The contractor installed 7 square yards of permeable concrete pavers, 77 square yards of 4 inch PCC sidewalk, 16 square yards of 6 inch PCC sidewalk and 49 square yards brick sidewalk on PCC base. Capitol Paving also continued work at 100 block for the bio-retention area and installed four (4) new water meters, four (4) water meter housing and frames and 79 linear feet of water service pipe. Jaxson Point (Capitol Paving’s sub-contractor) performed the electrical work and installed about 212 linear feet 7 Conductor 14 AWG Stranded, about 106 linear feet of 4 Conductor 18 AWG Shielded Stranded, 8 LED module traffic lights, 2 traffic signal heads and two Video Detection Cameras. The sub-contractor (DC Line) performed pavement marking on the new pavement at the Kennedy Street and Missouri Ave from New Hampshire Ave NW to 1nd street NW intersection.

Progress:

Capitol Paving of DC (the contractor) continued the work along Kennedy Street NW between Georgia Ave NW and North Capitol Street NW. The contractor installed 280 square yards of brick sidewalk, 175 square yards of PCC sidewalk, and placed about 405 square yards of permeable pavers. Capitol Paving also continued work at 100 block for the bio-retention area. Jaxson Point (Capitol Paving’s sub-contractor) performed the electrical work by poured concrete for two (2) traffic signs foundation, installed about 4,000.00 linear feet 7 Conductor 14 AWG Stranded, about 2,000.00 linear feet of 4 Conductor 18 AWG Shielded Stranded and installed 2” Schedule 40 rigid PVC. The sub-contractor (DC Line) performed pavement marking on the new pavement at the Kennedy Street and Missouri Ave from Kansas Ave NW to 2nd street NW intersection.
